5 simple habits for youthful looking skin

The human face is often considered to be the visual representation of the person beneath, and this is what makes a glowing complexion such a desirable feature. However, with all the excessive (and contradictory) information out there, it’s easy to become overwhelmed or even confused about the best way to achieve clear, moisturized skin.

Truthfully, it doesn’t have to be that complicated or even expensive. Rather, keep it simple by remembering the following five principles, which will work together in developing a more youthful looking skin.

1. Hygiene

When it comes to the diet and your skin’s health, most of the details are already common knowledge. Drink lots of water to hydrate your cells. Focus on your fruits and vegetables for a high functioning system and consider taking daily multivitamins to cover all of your nutritional needs. Cut back on alcohol (which enlarges your blood vessels) and dairy (which stimulates oil production). Skip those sugars and fats. And quit smoking immediately!
